At High Altitude, we value our customers and the integrity of our wholesale business. To ensure clarity and consistency, we maintain a strict No Refund / No Return Policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

🚫 No Refunds or Returns

  • All sales are final. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

  • We do not issue refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Ordering the wrong item

    • Accidental purchases

    • Dissatisfaction with product selection

  • No exchanges are allowed.

📦 Defective or Damaged Products

Although we do not accept returns, we do make exceptions for items that arrive defective or damaged.

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Send an email to info@highaltitudewholesale.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the defective/damaged product and packaging

After review, we may, at our sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit equal to the value of the defective/damaged item

Important:

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be honored.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • High Altitude reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet requirements.
